In You’re killing me, taught by Adam Dyer as part of our 10‑10 vision series, we explore Jesus’ bold claim that the issues we wrestle with aren’t just about behaviour but the hidden reactions of the heart. Over a year ago, we began exploring what it means to live in the fullness of Jesus — people who bear His name and reflect His character. This week, Adam Dyer continues that journey as we unpack the fourth commandment: “Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.”
Sabbath isn’t a legalistic rule or a day off — it’s an act of resistance against a culture of busyness and striving.
