Greetings and welcome to my block friends of this great community. Today I bring you a summary of what was the gala for the 14th anniversary of my beautiful province of Artemisa, held on the night of Sunday, January 12.

This gala was based on a series of musical presentations and traditional dances, with the participation of excellent musicians from all over the province, making it an unforgettable experience.

The event opened the curtains, presenting none other than the dance group "Temperamento" with a flamenco zapateado. Following this and not yet presented, came the first musical group "Kolao", with the song of the great Cuban singer Polo Montañez.

After a brief pause where all the artists were introduced, the next performance was a quartet who performed the song "Quizás", whose original author is the Cuban composer Osvaldo Farrés.

We also had the pleasure of watching María Victoria Rodríguez, nicknamed the queen of son in our country, with her compositions "Mis raíces" and "Que hablen si van a hablar".

To round off the evening, the renowned artists Pancho Amaco, the master of the tres, joined by guitarists Valentín Puentes and Abel Acosta, and vocalist Yariel Gui, performed "De Güira de Melena vengo yo".

También tuvimos el placer de observar a María Victoria Rodríguez, apodada como la reina del son en nuestro país, con sus composiciones "Mis raíces" y "Que hablen si van a hablar".

Para culminar la noche, se unieron grandes los reconocidos artistas Pancho Amaco, el maestro del tres, acompañado de los guitarristas Valentín Puentes y Abel Acosta, y el vocalista Yariel Gui, interpretando "De Güira de Melena vengo yo".*

 Hoy regreso compartiéndoles un entrenamiento de tren inferior enfocado en femorales, pero en esta ocasión he incluido algunos ejercicios nuevos que son Desplantes cortos hacia atrás y peso muerto Sumo, los cuales se realizarán únicamente utilizando mancuernas.

Esta rutina está compuesta por 3 ejercicios, los cuales se realizarán después de un previo calentamiento, ya que esto evitará que pueda haber alguna lesión durante el ejercicio, controladamente y con 2 minutos de descanso entre cada tanda. 

Los ejercicios que conforman este entrenamiento son:

• Desplantes cortos hacia atrás: 4x12.

• Peso muerto rumano con mancuernas: 4x12.

• Peso muerto Sumo: 4x12.

Hola amigos de la comunidad full deportes, espero que hayan comenzado una semana con mucha motivación y fuerzas.

*LBienvenidos una vez más a un nuevo entrenamiento. En esta ocasión estaremos trabajando el abdomen, ese grupo muscular que tanto nos cuesta a algunos poder definir o quemar aquellas calorías de más. 

El abdomen es el grupo muscular que más tiempo llevo sin entrenar y ya comienzo a notarlo, no solo por lo físico sino por el rendimiento durante el ejercicio y la correcta realización del movimiento.

En esta rutina vamos a realizar un total de 5 ejercicios que, además de abdomen, trabajarán espalda baja y la cintura.

Nunca olviden realizar un correcto calentamiento antes de comenzar sus entrenamientos, sea el músculo que sea. En este calentamiento pueden incluir desde ejercicios de estiramientos hasta ejercicios un poco más dinámicos (siempre sin peso) para subir las pulsaciones.

Sin más, aquí les dejo los ejercicios que componen esta rutina:

 

- Abdominales tradicionales (3x15).

- Sit ups (3x15).

- Plancha abdominal (30-60 segundos).

- Rotación de caderas en plancha.(3x12).

- Hiperextensiones (3x14).

La cantidad de series y repeticiones que se mencionan en cada ejercicio está dada por mi rendimiento personal, pero ello es solo una sugerencia. Cada persona debe adaptar el ejercicio a su condición física y será suficiente para lograr buenos resultados.

Por mi parte, la universidad me ha permitido estar más activa en mis entrenamientos y he logrado establecer nuevamente mis horarios y rutinas.

Hoy les compartiré la rutina de ejercicios para fortalecer y tonificar los glúteos que realizo cada miércoles.

Los glúteos son un grupo muscular fundamental y trabajar en su fortalecimiento no solo contribuye a mejorar la estética, sino también a la funcionalidad y estabilidad de nuestro cuerpo.

Este entrenamiento esta compuesto por 3 ejercicios con peso, que tienen como objetivo ganar volumen muscular. Deben realizar cada ejercicio de forma controlada y concentrar la atención en activar los glúteos en cada repetición.

*No olviden incluir un calentamiento previo y estiramiento al finalizar la rutina para evitar lesiones y mejorar la flexibilidad.*

Sin más preambulos aquí les dejo la rutina de hoy:

- Hip Thurst.

- Puente de glueos.

*Realizar estos dos movimientos en biserie hasta completar 4 series de 15 repeticiones cada una.*

-Sentadilla búlgara. 4x15

¡Hola amantes del fitness, y a todos los hivers que integran la comunidad @fulldeportes en general! Hoy los invito a integrarse en una emocionante rutina de entrenamiento enfocada en fortalecer uno de los pilares fundamentales de nuestro cuerpo: "la espalda"

Nuestra espalda no solo es vital para nuestra postura y movilidad, sino que también desempeña un papel crucial en tareas cotidianas y deportivas. Por eso, es imprescindible dedicarle tiempo y esfuerzo para mantenerla fuerte y saludable.

En esta rutina de ejercicios, nos sumergiremos en un plan de entrenamiento diseñado para desafiar y potenciar los músculos dorsales, deltoides y posteriores. Cada movimiento no solo fortalecerá nuestra espalda, sino que también te acercará un paso más a nuestras metas fitness.

Comenzaremos esta rutina realizando 3 ejercicios diferentes en la máquina dorsalera, estos son:

- Jalones al pecho: (4 x 10-15)

- Remo en polea alta (4 x 10-15)

- Jalones al pecho con agarre neutro (4 x 10-15)

Luego de estos tres movimientos realizaremos:

- "Remo con barra" o "Remo con mancuerna a un brazo" (4 x 10-12)

*En este movimiento hay 2 opciones para que realicen la que más cómoda sea, puesto que ambas trabajan el mismo músculo*.

Un saludo desde la distancia, amigos de esta gran comunidad de @Fulldeportes, espero que se encuentren bien, esperando el fin de semana para descansar y pasar tiempo con nuestra familia.

Hoy les compartiré un entrenamiento de piernas utilizando las máquinas del gimnasio que definitivamente es excelente para finalizar nuestra semana con una buena y efectiva rutina de piernas. Este entrenamiento también podrían tomarlo como guía aquellas personas que recién empiezan en el gimnasio para conocer más sobre la realización de estos ejercicios en los equipos.

En esta ocasión realizaremos los movimientos con el máximo peso que dominamos en el gimnasio, y haremos 4 sets de 12 a 15 repeticiones en cada movimiento o hasta lograr el fallo muscular.

Los ejercicios que componen la rutina de hoy son:

- Sentadillas jack: para este movimiento camis a colocar los pies estirados con una apertura del ancho de los hombros y las puntas de los pies ligeramente hacia el exterior. Bajar hasta formar un ángulo de 90°.

- Prensa de piernas: Vamos a empujar lentamente la plataforma con las piernas. Manteniendo los pies bien apoyados sobre la plataforma y sin estirar completamente las rodillas. Mantener la cabeza y espalda completamente apoyadas sobre el respaldo.

- Extensión de cuádriceps: Extender las piernas y contraer el cuádriceps al máximo. Bajar lentamente sin llegar al descanso, manteniendo constante tensión.

*En este ejercicio realizaremos una vi serie, haciendo 10 repeticiones con nuestro peso máximo y luego aumentaremos un poco para hacer 10 repeticiones más.*

No hay nada más enérgico para comenzar la semana que realizar un buen entrenamiento con el objetivo de activar y preparar nuestro cuerpo para las actividades que nos esperan a lo largo de esta y hoy les comparto una rutina para el tren superior en la que fortaleceremos nuestros bíceps, trices y pecho.

El entrenamiento que hoy les comparto está compuesto por 4 ejercicios básicos y específicos para esos músculos.

Sin más preámbulos, aquí les dejo esta rutina.

- Curl de martillo con mancuernas.

- Extensión de tríceps en polea.

- Contactor de pecho.

- empuje de pecho. 

*En cada movimiento se realizarán 4 tandas de 12 repeticiones cada una.*

Hoy les comparto un entrenamiento para trabajar el músculo más grande de todo el cuerpo, el cuádriceps, sin utilizar ningún tipo de peso adicional al de nuestro propio cuerpo.

El objetivo de este entrenamiento es aumentar el volumen sin necesidad de pesas.

Para lograr esto he creado un entrenamiento compuesto por 4 ejercicios, entre ellos están combinadas repeticiones y mantención, ya que esto es fundamental para obtener la hipertrofia.

Sin más preámbulos, aquí les dejo la rutina.

-El primer ejercicio de esta rutina es el ***Squat Jumps***, haciendo 4 tandas de 12 repeticiones, y haciendo una mantención de 10 segundos en la última repetición de cada tanda.

-Como segundo ejercicio, tenemos ***Sentadilla Búlgara*** realizando 4 tandas de 20 repeticiones cada una.

- El tercer puesto de este entrenamiento lo ocupa el ***Step Up*** con cuatro tandas de 15 repeticiones cada una.

-Para finalizar el entrenamiento realizaremos una bi serie de ***Sentadilla Zumo***, 4 tandas de 20 repeticiones, y ***Sentadilla estática con espalda en pared***, el máximo tiempo que aguantemos, al final de cada repetición hacemos.

Personalmente, me resultó muy efectivo este entrenamiento, espero que a ustedes también les sea de utilidad.

The goal of this workout is to bulk up without weights.

Hola hivers de la comidad @fulldeportes, espero que estén teniendo un excelente comienzo de semana.

Después de varios días alejada del gimnasio por motivos de estudios, por fin logro realizar una rutina de tren inferior, la cual está enfocada únicamente en glúteo. En esta decidí incluir los que considero que son los mejores ejercicios para trabajar esta zona.

Como primer ejercicio en este entrenamiento incorporé el ***Hip thurst*** que, en mi opinión personal, es el más fuerte y efectivo, trabajando el glúteo mayor.

*Realicé 4 series de 15 repeticiones, haciendo una mantención del mayor tiempo posible en alto*.

***Patada de glúteo con polea*** fue el segundo movimiento, también enfocado en el glúteo mayor. Es importante que al realizar el movimiento se extienda totalmente la pierna y lograr una mayor contracción del músculo.

*Realicé 4 series de 15 repeticiones con cada pierna*.

En el tercer movimiento me enfoqué en el glúteo medio haciendo ***Sentadilla sumo***, con las punteras de los pies y las rodillas apuntando hacia afuera. De esta forma se enfocará más en glúteos, aunque también trabajará un poco aductores.

*Realicé 4 series de 15 repeticiones con peso y 10 repeticiones cortas sin peso*.

Otro movimiento excelente para el glúteo medio son las ***Abducciones de caderas con polea***.

Este movimiento no pude realizarlo en el mismo entrenamiento, pero también se los incluyo en el vídeo puesto que si lo realizan junto a los anteriores lograrán un buen resultado, también para que observen como se realiza correctamente.
