Lamentablemente, fui víctima de phishing o eso indica ZINLI, ya que fue el medio de pago que utilice junto a Binance para realizar el pago por Amazon, por suerte me descontaron el monto de la tarjeta de video y quedo el restante de los otros 2 productos, a los días al parecer ingresaron y movieron todo el dinero a esa cuenta. Al percatarme decidí hablar con soporte el cual no me dieron ninguna esperanza de recuperar ni de ubicar la información de dicha persona, mi mejor consejo es cambiar tus claves siempre que puedas y utilizar los antivirus como malware bytes para evitar ingresar a sitios por error o alguna página, también como existen descargas de programas o archivos maliciosos y no son detectados por el antivirus.

Por otra parte, no me di por vencido, realicé todos los cambios de seguridad y completé para culminar ese pago, aunque quedé debiéndole ese monto a un amigo, el cual estaré pagando poco a poco.

Saludos amigos de #Fulldeportes, como había acordado con la rutina anterior de piernas aquí les tengo la segunda parte de este contenido, tuve inconvenientes con los otros videos así que tuve que rehacer nuevamente los últimos pasos de la rutina para dar por finalizada, como entreno piernas entre 1 a 2 veces a la semana grabar de manera que solo sea para el feed no me gusta, así que esperé el día de piernas y complementarlo con la rutina anterior, así me resulta más cómodo y evito lesionarme si estoy tratando otra rutina.

Estaré compartiéndoles entonces los 5 ejercicios que continuaban con esta rutina, pero si desean pueden entrenar así en 2 partes para no desgastar tanto el cuerpo. Ya por último realizo el estiramiento que esto sí lo recomiendo siempre antes y después de entrenar.

En el video estaré dejándole la explicación de cada rutina al igual que aquí abajo en el post para una compresión completa de ello... Sin más que agregar los dejo con la rutina.

Recuerden su descanso durante cada rutina y el peso a su disposición para trabajar sin inconvenientes, el peso con él que trabajé fue variado:

- sentadilla en silla con el caucho unos 12 kg

- Empuje de cadera 40-45 kg

- Curl de isquiotibiales 4 kg (puede ser mayor, pero era bastante incómoda por la banca)
