On today's episode we discuss the importance of the QB position and run through guys that impressed, underperformed, and might be in trouble. We also preview tonight's football game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns. I might've gone on a small rant about Mitch Trubisky in this one too. 

Hump Day! It was a great night in sports yesterday; we talk the great NBA and the historic collapse by the Clippers in the NBA playoffs. I also end the episode by giving my (emphasis on my) top 10 teams in the NFL after week 1. 

In this episode we recap the Monday Night Football games and I show some love for Daniel Jones. Then we talk Padres and their game 1 dub in the 3 game series against the Dodgers. I also detail the playoff bubble for the MLB that was announced earlier today and preview the upcoming basketball games tonight.  

It's back to back long episodes of Yerkes Talks! (my bad) We start today's podcast recapping the basket-hoops from the weekend. Then, we talk some news from around the MLB and discuss the Padres upcoming series with the Dodgers. Finally, we recap all of Sunday's  NFL games and take take a look at tonight's Monday Night Football match-ups. 

Disclaimer: I realize this episode is... holy shit 1hr 10mins long! Like I said, there's going to be some learning curves with this. The length I want for each episode is roughly 30-45mins max. I will continue to get better at this, trust me.
