In this new year of your life, the word needs to be "YES!"  “Yes, I’ll do what’s best for me.”  “Yes I will honour myself and my needs.”  “Yes I will take action rather than sit back and wait for things to come to me.”  “Yes to all things beautiful and plentiful.”  “Yes, I will ask for what I want.”  “Yes to the abundance that I am impassioned by.”  “Yes, I will get up that extra hour earlier and meditate, journal, say affirmations, read, image, pray, be with the presence of myself.”  “Yes to the discovery that I can always do more than I think I can.”
