Unfortunately, this expletive – b**** – is used for confident and assertive women in the workplace all too often. It may be used directly, people may say “bia” instead (as I am on the podcast so we don’t get marked as an explicit show!), be called bossy, or any other number of words or phrases.
So how do we handle this and show up as the authentic and strong women we are? How can we come across as confident and assertive without being labeled like this? It’s possible, I promise.
