Faye is grounded, humble and passionate about the culture at ITV. Viewer focused, she tells me about their desire to report the news in a clear and concise way, and leaving their viewers with positivity, in the section "And Finally", showcasing wonderful, heartwarming stories from around the country.

We chat about the pressures of having a career and raising a young family, and the ever changing juggle to get that balance just right. Faye tells me how much she loves her job, it's in her heart and she's been in the broadcasting industry since the 90's.

A woman of many talents, she chats so casually about being in films, and TV dramas!! A passion for singing since her teens, Faye was lucky enough to be a part of charity singles, raising money for some fabulous causes.

When talking about the future, Faye's ultimate goal is to don those sequins for a stint on Strictly! Taking dance classes in her spare time which she loves, I hope we get to see her on that famous dancefloor VERY SOON!!

Her highly acclaimed comedy show El Greco of Hornsey, (which has been at the Edinburgh Fringe!!!) based on her childhood growing up in her Mum's hair salon, we chat about the incredible characters that she encountered and have based her show on! (some loosely, some fairly accurately!) With huge characters like Androulla (a fave of mine!) with her fake tan and being an "Influenzar" she has you in stitches! Her comedy is on point, coming from a place of love and adoration for the find memories she cherishes from her childhood.

Olga is a lady who is honest and upfront, telling it exactly as it is, no sugar coating and speaks from her heart. She opens up about the difficult times she has faced, and the strength she summoned at her darkest times.

We chat about the negativities surrounding social media, the real need for a balance, the importance of stepping back and having balance, in order to protect your own mental health.

Olga tells me about being an advocate for Kidscape, and Social Media Kindness Day, having experienced online trolling herself and understanding the impact that this has on us as people but also the negativities for the next generation 💕

Olga describes herself as the "most unconfident, confident person" and is raw and inspiring when talking honestly about her dreams for the future, and I for one 100% will be her first viewer when her sketch show is commissioned for TV!!

Sharon bravely shares her story with me, detailing the loss of her son Luca who was born sleeping in June 2012.

She set up The Luca Foundation specialising in repairing Cuddle Cots across hospitals nationwide, providing bereaved parents with the precious extra few days with their babies. Taking no wage from the charity whatsoever, Sharon tells me that her payment is enabling other families to create memories with their babies, something she was unable to have.

Alongside the charity, Sharon is an author, having written a book called "Why Did Grandad Die" explaining bereavement to children, following difficult questions from her eldest son regarding his brothers passing. It explains to children in a clear and succinct way what happens when someone passes away, and explains that emotions are a normal part of the process that they should feel safe to share.

She has also recently released her book entitled "Angel Warrior" packed full of honesty, raw emotion and advice for loved ones following the loss of a child.

Sharon tells me about her clothing brand LK Eco Style, with a passion for sustainability, eco friendly ethos and profits going directly to The Luca Foundation. With a fabulous line of ethical, slogan clothing, you are buying quality whilst also donating to an incredible cause.

She talks me through her accident, her life coming to a standstill once more and being subsequently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Sharon had to grieve once again for the life she led before and navigate through this debilitating illness, having such an impact on her family life

Her strength and bravery is commendable, through all of her pain she is now dedicating her life to easing the pain of others ❤️

Sharon is a truly inspiring woman, and talks with such grace, passion and composure. I feel honoured to have listened to her story and I cannot wait to see where her journey takes her.
