Who am I? And under whose jurisdiction do we stand? These are not idle questions. They are the foundation of both faith and freedom. In every realm — spiritual, civil, or political — jurisdiction is everything. The believer says, Jesus the Christ is my God and Savior. If that is true, then he stands under the jurisdiction of divine law — not under the rule of the deceiver. Yet the deceiver never asks permission. He assumes jurisdiction by fraud, presumption, and fear. And here lies the parallel: what Satan does to the soul, the federal system has done to the people. It presumes ownership. It declares dominion. It claims authority it never earned. The faithful know the liar’s voice and refuse his claim. So too must the awakened citizen. Are you of the States of the Union — or of the federal zone? Are you a living man or woman under God’s natural law — or a “United States citizen” defined by statute and code? These are not the same. The definitions prove it. One is born free, endowed by the Creator. The other is registered property, presumed into the federal jurisdiction. The first lives by truth and consent. The second by presumption and control. The question is the same in heaven as it is on earth: Who claims you? The answer determines everything. For no man can serve two masters, and no sovereign can serve two jurisdictions. Choose well — for your soul and your citizenship are bound by the same law of truth.
