先說結論，這句話並不是什麼好話。

坊間有很多號稱資深企管顧問的人，會告訴你換位子就必須換腦袋。

但如果仔細推敲他們的論述，就會發現這句話其實隱含了某些程度的負面訊息。

這的確是我的個人想法，但就如同本節目開頭說的，我想把我的經驗記錄下來，讓孩子自己來挖掘。
