亲爱的弟兄姐妹，保罗在监牢中却不放弃，为什么？他给我们四个提醒：不看环境，要定睛基督；不看锁链，要看真自由；不看眼前，要看永恒；不看艰难，要看神的应许。信心不是头脑知识，而要活出来，成为生命的力量。愿我们也能在艰难中，仍然屹立不倒，坚持到底！

Dear brothers and sisters, Paul never gave up, even in prison — so what kept him going? He leaves us four things to hold onto: don't stare at your circumstances, keep your eyes on Christ. Don't stare at your chains, discover what real freedom looks like. Don't stare at the present moment, look toward eternity. Don't stare at the hardship, look to what God has promised. And faith can't just live in our heads — it has to be lived out until it becomes real strength inside us. May we, too, stand firm and hold on, whatever we're facing.

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，做基督徒从来不容易，但保罗提醒我们，真正让我们站得住的，是主的恩典。他用三幅画面说明：精兵专注不分心，不被琐事缠住；运动员按规矩比赛，不投机取巧；农夫默默耕耘，耐心等候。真正的刚强，不是靠一时激动，而是神的话在我们心里扎根。到最后，我们靠的不是自己，而是那位从未退缩、早已得胜的主。

Dear brothers and sisters, being a Christian was never meant to be easy — but Paul reminds us that God's grace is what makes us strong. He gives us three pictures: a soldier who stays focused instead of getting tangled in distractions, an athlete who plays by the rules, and a farmer who waits patiently instead of chasing quick results. True strength isn't hype — it's God's Word taking root in us. In the end, we stand not in our own strength, but in the strength of a Lord who never backed down, and has already won.

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，我们每天都在投资——金钱、时间、感情，可是真正有价值的投资，是能带到永恒里去的。保罗提醒我们三件事：把生命投资在永不贬值的真理上，投资在经得起患难考验的关系里，也投资在那日仍能存留的事上。所以，不要只问今天有没有掌声，要问这一切，能不能存到永远。

Dear brothers and sisters, every one of us is investing something — our money, our time, our relationships. But only what carries into eternity truly matters. Paul gives us three places to invest: in truth that never loses its value, in relationships that hold up under hardship, and in whatever will still be standing on that final day. So don't ask whether today brings applause. Ask whether it will still matter forever.

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，诗篇139篇给我们三个宣告：第一，你的生命不是偶然，乃是神所造、精心编织；第二，你的未来不是偶然发展，早已写在神的册上；第三，你的价值不由世界定义，在神眼中你本是宝贵的。因此，你不需要不断证明自己，也不必活在内卷与焦虑中——因为你的存在，本身就是独特而有意义的。

Dear brothers and sisters, Psalm 139 gives us three proclamations: first, your life is not an accident — you are intricately created by God; second, your future is not random — it is already written in His book; third, your worth is not defined by the world — in God's eyes, you are precious. So you need not keep proving yourself or live in anxiety — because your very existence is already unique and meaningful.

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，保罗在狱中依然宣告：不以福音为耻！他的勇气从哪里来？不是硬撑，而是站在三根柱子上——神的能力、神的恩典、神自己。羞耻挟持我们，是因为我们太看重人的眼光；但神从未以我们为耻，反称我们为弟兄！明白真理，勇气自然涌现，让我们勇敢为主站立！

Dear brothers and sisters, Paul writes from prison and still declares — I am not ashamed of the gospel! Where does that strength and courage come from? Not gritted teeth, but three unshakable pillars: God's power, God's grace, and God Himself. Shame grips us because we fear people's opinions more than we trust God. But Jesus Christ is never ashamed of us — He calls us His own! When we truly grasp this truth, courage rises naturally. Let us stand boldly for Him!

亲爱的弟兄姐妹们，保罗从监狱叮咛提摩太三件事：用无伪信心持守宝贵信仰! 把神赐的恩赐如火挑旺，别让信仰沦为灰烬！更要刚强、仁爱、谨守，因为神赐的不是胆怯的心！

Dear brothers and sisters, Paul gave three final exhortations to Timothy. First, guard this precious faith with a genuine, unfeigned heart! Second, fan the flames of your faith and do not let it turn to ashes! Third, be strong, loving, and self-disciplined, because God has not given us a spirit of timidity but of power!

亲爱的弟兄姐妹，提摩太后书是保罗临终前的天鹅之歌！他向我们发出四个呼召：守住福音不要胆怯、忍受苦难传承信仰、用圣经在黑暗时代站稳生命、忠心跑完当跑的路。他的总结：当跑的路我已跑尽，所信的道我已守住。愿这成为你我一生的见证！

Dear brothers and sisters, 2 Timothy is Paul's swan song. He issues four powerful callings to Timothy and to us: first, hold fast to the gospel without fear; second, endure hardship and pass the faith on to the next generation; third, stand firm on God's Word in these times; and fourth, preach the Word faithfully, finishing the race to the very end.
