I'm so happy to be back for Season 2 of Meet Me Where You Are! This episode I talk a little bit about my Yin Yoga training up until this point with Yoga Training School YogaRenew and how Yin is a slow process of opening and stretching the connective tissues in the body, which can also lead to an emotional release. Through the strength of vulnerability, we can hold our emotions as they are without judgement. I will provide you with a brief guided meditation on vulnerability.
