Yin Yoga — Low Back Support Wall Practice

Low back pain and discomfort is so common, so I made a series of Yin Yoga practices to support low back health. This is the first class of three Yin Yoga sequences designed to release tension in various areas of the body that interlock with the lower back.
This practice is accessible and truly all levels. All you need is an open wall space. If you have yoga blocks or a couple of throw blankets, I will make a few optional prop suggestions throughout the practice.
Moves & poses to know: Legs up the wall, Dragonfly at the wall, Figure 4 at the Wall, Figure 4 Twist, Sphinx with knees up the wall and Child's Pose.
