Yin Yoga
This 30 minute yin yoga sequence is a full and complete yin yoga class that will support you in letting go. This mindful yoga will guide you into deep yin yoga stretches that will support your relaxation and release symptoms of anxiety as well so that you can surrender to your inner flow.
This yin yoga class will support your full body with the use of props including bolster, blocks, blanket, yoga strap and eye pillow.
