Unlike other diet plans, the Victoria’s Secret Model Diet doesn’t have a single set of guidelines or rules. Most variations of the plan involve restricting refined carbs, processed foods, and added sugars while eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats, along with a good source of protein with each meal.
Some versions also require limiting your daily calorie intake. Others recommend intermittent fasting. Exercise is another key component of the plan. Activities such as yoga, hiking, boxing, indoor cycling, and Pilates are all highly encouraged.
