Learning to think like an entrepreneur
I want to begin with a confession.
For most of my life, I believed that if I worked hard enough, asked good research questions, and published good papers, then my work would eventually make an impact.
I thought impact was something that happened naturally after good research. Then, one sentence completely challenged me. During an innovation programme, someone asked me a question that sounded surprisingly simple.
"Whose problem are you trying to solve?"
Instead of beginning with knowledge...
It begins with people.
In this episode, I talk about entrepreneurship, which is something much deeper.

How well do you know yourself?
Every small and big choice you make — from career moves to daily trade-offs — is quietly shaped by two quiet forces: how clearly you understand who you are, and the core values you hold closest. Confusion and hesitation only happen when we lose sight of these inner anchors.
Today we unpack how every decision traces back to your self-perception and deepest beliefs.

How to improve your holistic wellbeing?
Today, I want to share a framework that completely changed the way I think about productivity, well-being, and focus. At the center of this framework is one sentence: “Time is finite. Energy is renewable.”
That means the goal of life is not to squeeze more tasks into your schedule. The goal is to protect your energy and direct it toward what truly matters.
Before talking about body, mind, emotions, or relationships, we need to understand one very important distinction: not everything deserves equal attention. We first need clarity on essentials.

How to pitch your idea in 2 minutes
Hello everyone, and welcome back to the channel. Today, I want to begin with a simple question.
Imagine you step into an elevator.
The doors close. Standing next to you is someone important.
Maybe it's a potential employer. Maybe it's an investor. Maybe it's a future collaborator. Maybe it's someone who could change your life.
You have less than two minutes before the elevator reaches the destination.
Could you explain who you are, what you do, and why it matters?
How do we communicate ideas so that people not only understand them, but remember them?
Today, I want to share four powerful principles that can help anyone become a more effective communicator.
Practice.
Story.
Scaffolding.
And Questions.
Together, these four principles can transform the way you share ideas with the world.

Is AI Harming Human Thinking? It’s All About How We Use It
My three points:
- AI is an accumulation of information. Information is neutral, so AI should be neutral; the impact it has on humans depends on how you use it.
- The impact is multifaceted, with no clear-cut answer on whether it is good or bad. Some aspects are good, some may be bad.
- The usage is personal, so the impact is, too. The capable people will be rewarded the most. The more capable, the more powerful.
My conclusion: AI itself is not harmful. Whether it is good or bad depends on how you use it. So the focus should shift from whether to use it to how to use it better.

How to communicate effectively?
Today, I want to talk about something deeper than language itself: how to communicate effectively. Communication is not about how much you say—it’s about how well you are understood.
Outline:
1. Acknowledging the 4 ways in which people process information
Visual: see
Aural: listen
Read and write
Kinaesthetic: touching
2. Being aware of the importance of preparing
Who are the audience?
Medium;
Purpose;
Context: environmental and emotional
3. Communication is situational: flexing
There is no single “correct” way to communicate. There is only the appropriate way for the situation.

The power of saying NO
Hi, welcome back to this channel.
I’ve been learning and teaching English for more than 10 years, and through this journey, I’ve realized something deeper than language itself: communication is not just about what you say—it’s about how you live, how you think, and how you choose.
On this channel, we talk about both method and mindset—because your expression reflects who you are, and your inner clarity shapes your outer voice.
And today, I want to talk about a small word that feels incredibly difficult to say:
No.

Ideas matter more than accent!
On this channel, we talk about both method and mindset—because your expression reflects who you are, and when your thinking becomes clearer, your communication becomes stronger.
And today, I want to talk about a belief that holds many people back: “My English is not good enough because my accent is not perfect.” But what if I told you—your accent is not the most important thing in communication?
What truly matters is something much deeper: your ideas.
Focus on what you are saying.
Focus on what you believe.
Focus on what you want to share.
Because in the end, people may notice your accent for a moment—but they remember your ideas for a long time.

Why does time feel so fast?
Have you ever had this feeling: you wake up, go through your day, follow the same routine, and suddenly a week has passed, then a month, then more? And you begin to wonder: why does time feel so fast, and why does every day feel almost the same?
What makes it more confusing is that you’re not doing nothing—you’re working, progressing, moving forward—yet something feels off, almost like you’re living in a loop.
Today, I want to talk about that feeling: the quiet panic of repetition.

6 tips for confident speaking
Confidence is not a personality trait; it’s a set of behaviors. More importantly, it’s a language—a quiet language that people read long before you finish your first sentence. Let me show you how it works.
1. The power of the pause
2. Slow is strong
3. Your body speaks first
4. Warmth over performance
5. Stop asking for permission
6. Let go of control
Confidence is not loud or performative; it is quiet, but deeply felt.
