I had quoted the wrong book, though in Man Into Wolf Dr Eiser makes several mentions back to a text which would go into the Arcadian wolf-cult in more detail, it is in Dennis Hughes’ Human Sacrifice in Ancient Greece that the specific wrestler is mentioned.
