This is a set of book on yoga and meditation. I found this books informative as well as simple to read and understand.
The book on yoga not only cover basic yoga for beginners, it also covers weight loss and stress reduction. This book has great images to help you understand how to complete each of the poses that might be the slightest bit confusing. This book also offers you some suggestions regarding the best diet plan for those whom use yoga.
The book about meditation is designed to give you a little help to focusing. There are so many different types of meditation and some of them can help a person with yoga. This book covers how setting a habit of meditating can help to offer a happier outlook. This book starts off for beginners, however it moves up into information on higher levels of meditation.
Both of these books are great for anyone who is looking for some calming balance in their lives.
