Welcome to Episode 9 of When Spirit Talks.

This week, we welcome Libby Stevenson on the podcast to talk about yoga, menopause, and how to use yoga and the breath to self-regulate, increase self-awareness, and connect to your spiritual side. During the recording, I got confirmation that her father in Spirit was with her as she shared an interesting sign she received in London.

Libby is a leading women’s yoga instructor, therapeutic wellbeing practitioner, member of the British Menopause Society, speaker and influencer. She has been quoted in national magazines and newspapers in the UK, hosted expert pods for the Peanut app, and was shortlisted for an influencer award in the category of Lifestyle & Wellbeing by the Magnified Influencer Awards committee. Libby works with women at different stages of life: from pregnancy to postnatal and all the way to the menopause to empower women physically, mentally and emotionally with yoga, science based information, therapeutic wellbeing and women’s circle discussions so they can face the challenges at each stage in a positive and healthy way.
