Yoga, Meditation, And Your Mental Health With Namie Rohack

Have you ever thought about trying yoga but were intimidated by all the advanced poses? Maybe you just didn't have the time to commit? Maybe you've done it on and off but have a hard time staying consistent. I've been the type of person who thought yoga just wouldn't work with my life. But as today's Overcoming Together podcast guest, Namie Rohack, founder of Tranquil Lotus Yoga. puts it, if you're breathing, you're doing yoga!

Namie is passionate about making yoga accessible for all, sharing the gentler side of yoga, bringing diversity, showing all the different aspects and how they can benefit you. 

We move past the stigma surrounding yoga and dig into what it actually is and the benefits it has, not only physically but also mentally.  

We discuss some ways that you can start incorporating meditation throughout your day, even a minute at a time to help you destress and refocus.
