Welcome back to the YogaLion Podcast! In this week's episode, I will guide you through a yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra is a practice to engage in deep relaxation. In this practice, I will first guide you to find a comfortable lying position, then instruct you to direct your awareness around your entire body. You will then be guided to a breath awareness practice before I lead you in a short visualization sequence designed to deepen your relaxation. Afterward, I will gently guide you out of the yoga nidra practice and signal the end of the practice with three chimes of a singing bowl.
