Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! Enjoy some time for reflection during the first 6 minutes then settle yourself in to lay down for a relaxing guided meditation, yoga nidra. This meditation ends in silence for those of you wanting to use this meditation before sleep.

It's recommended to repeat the same yoga nidra to signal to your body and mind that this meditation will relax you and/or put you to sleep. It has a cumulative effect.
