I make some bold claims here... I reckon we all believe in God or a god, something higher than outselves.

Like you hear something shocking, exciting, or eat something delicious, you'll have probably said uttered the words oh my god! And it might just be a turn of phrase... But in darker moments, where you're scared I suspect you'll have prayed/ asked for help. I talk about a recent stressful experience as well as the Biology of Belief; the power to create a healthy and joyous life is in our hands, it happens at a cellular level.
