Why meditate? People always tell me they'd like to medtiate. In this epsiode I encourage you to stop wishing to start or maintain a practice, instead; think about why you want to meditate, what you feel is lacking (like feeling able to manage change) or too abundant (like stress!) and have that as your focus, your reason why.
