For the first episode of Season 3 I talk about one of my most popular blogs where I was saying offers don't work for Yoga. I got so many responses I wanted to talk a little more about it.

Offers don't work for teachers OR students. I seek to inspire students to form life long healthy habits, but not before pointing out what a hypocrite I am, because when I started teaching classes I ran an offer.

This episode shows the importance of evolution and changing your mind.
