One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing someone perform a job, but lacking the work and the grind, the effort that it takes to become great in your field of choice. So today I rant about dietitians who don’t work out on my drive home. I also touch base on what it is to be silently, ashamed, something I feel a lot of people are.

I wish I had an excuse as to why I have taken so much time off. I do not.
