“Keep your table small.” You’ve heard it. Maybe you’ve said it. And mostly, it’s true.
In this episode, I talk about how a table that starts out selective can slowly turn into one that’s locked, why the two look exactly the same from the outside, and the only question I know that tells them apart.
I also ask the question we rarely do. Not who deserves a seat at my table, but whether I’m someone worth pulling a chair up for. And why a seat emptying out doesn’t mean the table has failed.
This is the Season Two finale. Season Three is all about love, and it’s coming soon.

There's a kind of grief that doesn't get a card. No casserole at your door, no one asking how you're holding up.
Nobody sends flowers for that. So most people don't call it grief at all.
This is a companion piece to Love, Nowhere To Go — same idea, applied to the losses nobody gives you permission to mourn.
🎙 Nobody Sends Flowers For This — Season Two, Episode Six. Out now wherever you listen.

Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't disappear on a timeline.
Drawing on personal loss and a story that's stayed with me, this episode explores what it means to carry grief rather than move past it, including the strange, quiet way it resurfaces years later, in the body, before the mind even remembers why.
For anyone still carrying grief that's older than people expect it to still weigh this much, and for anyone who loves someone like that, this one's for you.

Anybody can show up in a crisis.
But joy? Joy is a completely different test.
This episode is about the people who show up in your beautiful moments, not just your hard ones. Who beam for you, hold your standard when you're ready to lower it, and make your win feel like theirs.
No yinmu. No complicated energy. Just love.
And what it means when you find people who love like that.

Never let your storm get your kids wet.
This episode is for every parent who's shown up fully for their children on a day they were privately running on empty. Who clapped loudly at the school play when their heart was heavy. Who put a real smile on their face because their child walked into the room and deserved warmth, even when warmth was the thing they were most short of.
The storm is real. The struggle is valid. And you're still showing up.
This one's for you.
Your Storm: Season Two, Episode Three.

Do you. The world will adjust.
It's one of the most liberating things you can say to yourself and one of the most misused. Because doing you is not a licence. It's not permission to move without care, without wisdom & without awareness that your choices have weight. This episode explores the difference between living authentically and living carelessly, and asks the question nobody's asking: in doing you, what are you doing to the people around you?

Honour is recognising value; in people, in contribution, in the hands that built what everyone now applauds.
But the hardest version of honour isn't thanking the people above you. It's crediting the ones beside you and beneath you, when doing so costs you something. This episode examines how dishonour hides in plain sight and asks one question worth sitting with: whose contribution are you carrying without crediting?

Someone out there might be in secret competition with you and you didn't even agree to the race. In this episode, I unpack the difference between competition, covetousness and contentment, and why staying rooted in your own lane is one of the most freeing things you can do.
Compete without coveting! Strive without comparing!! Stay in your lane!!!

The room wasn't built with you in mind, walk in anyway. In this episode, I share the story of holding my own in a male dominated space early in my career and what it taught me about belonging, voice and the difference between being loud and being rooted.
This one is for the women already in the room who still sometimes question if they belong and for the women who haven't stepped in yet but are more ready than they realise.
You belong in the room.

You show up for everyone! You're the shoulder, the listening ear, the safe place. But somewhere in all of that giving, who's looking after you?
In this episode, I explore the fine line between genuine generosity and quiet self erasure and ask the question nobody seems to be asking.
This one is for the givers, the fixers, the ones who are always there for everyone else. The ones who can't remember the last time someone asked; are you okay? And meant it.
You're allowed to be looked after too.
