The history of The Crescent at Filey is bricks and mortar proof that fact is often stranger than fiction.

Former Bradford City chief operating officer James Mason and Telegraph & Argus journalist Andrew Hebden speak about their involvement with the recent history of Bradford City AFC. Fans of the club will be particularly interested in James' openness about his recent departure from the club, as well as Andrew's pivotal role in the fund raising that saved the club from extinction in 2004.

Chris is a geophysicist, he featured on eighty episodes of Channel 4's Time Team and is now head of department at Bradford. 

We hear about the pioneering days of archaeology on television, geophysical investigations at locations as diverse as the former football pitch at Bradford Park Avenue and Chris' hunt for the remains of the 1904 Bradford Exhibition in Lister Park. 

Paul Norcross chats with Les Hall and David Pendleton about the historical curiosities of football in the former Yugoslavia, with a dash of modern art and philosophy added to the mix. It's a fascinating conversation focusing in particular on the Croatian capital of Zagreb.
