Yorktown Baptist Church Sunday Sermons

Join Dr. Jeff for the first Family Worship Service of the year, as we prepare our hearts for seeing "new" things in scripture in the new year.

2015 Candlelight Christmas Eve Service

Join pastor Jeff as he speaks about how we might feel our Christmas often feels more "messy" than "merry", and God's redemption both IN our mess and God's redemption OF our mess.

God’s church should be a beacon, burning brightly, shining light into the darkness of this world. Sadly, we often let that fire die, leaving only ashes where a gleaming testament to God’s power once blazed. At Yorktown, we strive to stoke and fuel that fire so God’s will can be done in our community and throughout the world. Join us as pastor Jeff continues his series called Fire or Ashes: The Fuel That Keeps the Church Alive. We will look at the messages God had for the seven churches in Revelation 2 and 3, and study the practices of those churches that merited God’s blessing and those that warranted God’s admonition.
