Your heart + your perception of circumstances = Emotions. Your heart can be reset. Ask the Holy Spirit to manage your anger or non-anger and to overwhelm you with grace.

Change is hard until I recognize my brokenness, realize God's goodness, request a willing spirit and respond to other with grace.

Spiritual Growth is not one size fits all and does not rob you of you. My mind is renewed by monitoring my thinking, focusing my thinking and feeding my mind.
