In this episode we explore what physiological birth is, how it can be so impactful in empowering women to embrace their bodies and their natural wisdom and strength. We discuss how learning about our bodies natural process and allowing that process to be completed can be fulfilling and help us prepare for motherhood. And finally, we share our deep belief that all women in every walk of life should find something that is fulfilling and empowering to them. Change is a part of life. It is how we grow, it is how we become more of our true selves, but it can also be hard, and painful. Change can mean losing someone you love, it can also mean something as trivial as dealing with an illness or a child who needs more of your attention for the day. In this episode we talk about the various ways we can handle these changes. We discuss how we can center ourselves to get into a calmer state of mind and be able to choose our response to the changes that happen in our lives. As we gain greater awareness of the needs around us, we will be guided through intuition or inspiration to know what steps we need to take to deal with the changes. In addition we learn that is also the way we receive insight into what is most important at that time and where we learn what our true priorities are.

In this episode Michael and I take a deeper look at the theme of this podcast: You Already Are. We discuss how we can become more connected with our true inner selves and how to help grow our self-love and sense of worth. We provide several mindset tools to implement to help empower your most authentic self to come through. You have something that no body who has ever lived, or who will ever live has had. That something is a uniqueness that is personal and individualized for you and it is part of what makes up your essence. As you more fully begin to understand who you are, and that everything you desire to be is already inside you will begin to take steps towards more love and acceptance of yourself, which will then propel your growth journey to heights you may never have imagined.
