This episode is focused on the title, The Past, Present, and Future. We really have an opportunity to change our lives within our own mind. It really is up to you if you want to challenge yourself mentally. I believe that we are one and that everyone has had similarities in any aspect possible.

Nutrition is key to information. Love yourself, love others, love love love love.

What do you see if you stare at your phone all the time? How can you truly enjoy your surroundings if you can't even let go of the phone?

Where will this world go if we don't enjoy eachother?

In this episode I explain how beautiful It is to survive, I explain how I visualize observationally the world. Life is such a precious game that we are able to enjoy every single day. Now when we choose enjoyment, why does that have to be for a specific amount of time? Why can't that be forever? Enjoy the beauties in this world, they are all around you, but most importantly right in front of you. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you love yourself.

I believe in talking about our perspectives for a better lifestyle. A better world is based on love and harmony. We are all suppose to live without cortisol levels. The world we live in is REAL and we are a part of each other residing and living. Be aware, we aren't here for a long time.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist it is very important to take care of our Mental, Emotional and Physical Health.

I am take on a lot of energy from others even when I know their true reasons of being where they are. If that means, taking a step back, understanding their posture, hearing their sorrows as they speak. The subconscious mind is extremely important to listen to. I hear so much from a lot of my clients. I want you to know that you are not alone. You have done great if you are still alive. Life and time are the only things that keep us all connected, there will be a day where we all die and some might die earlier than others, but it is time that we wish we had back as soon as those people or persons are gone. We wish we have more time. The reality is that we should enjoy the time we have now. We must live EVEN if your life has a lot of events currently. Why? Because it is all part of the process for the future. The future is attainable in the present. Trust me when I tell you. We are all alive. Wasting time on superficial things are not worth the while. Now there is no judgement, it just takes an experience to realize this. I love all of you the same. Love all of those around you! It is important to do so. 

Mental, Emotional, Physical Health is all important to optimize our time here. We can all enjoy life In HARMONY.

There is no return when you put the glasses on of love. There is no return to old ways when you act upon love, peace and life. We are all one. There is no return to a superficial lifestyle! We are the only ones that can save ourselves from a spiritual warfare. 

"Life is like a box of chocolate" You never know what you are going to get.

We are all amazing, on our own path. Floating away with purpose. It is up to us to defy science and become a part of our species that DOES meet its MAX POTENTIAL.

If we are all around different individuals everyday, no matter the color, height, weight, sex. It has nothing to do with the person they are now. These things are very irrelevant when it comes to genuine people. Love is the most profound feeling you can walk around with.

I dive into an IDEA of the effects of being promiscuous. It goes way beyond the silhouette of someone for you to realize and understand how impportant it is to look at someone from at least 1 similiraity to understand their position in life. 

Whom are you to judge? Only the most high can do so. You are not the judge at the time of death. Leave that up to the belief and fate. You are an individual with experiences. We shall see people as loved ones, and it is because we all are.

What is "Chilvary"?

Is it dead? Are women interested in chivalry? Is it necesarry?

I guess it is all perspective. What do you want? Who do you want to be? The story goes beyond love, it is bliss, it is imperfect, let us learn from our past. Listen to others experiences, learn, love, live. We can be whoever we want. Being kind will not hurt others, love your life, love your neighbor. Living from a place of joy and love changed my life. My coworker Ismary Williams and I decide to enjoy a nice conversation on gender roles in modern times compared to past generation relationship goals or times. We had an open dialogue with pure observations and experiences. This podcast is purely to enjoy the opportunity to understand each other as humans. We are in times were communication is becoming hurtful to even express ourselves freely without hurting others. This podcast comes from pure heart and love.

For the ones that wake up, we all have a fresh 24 everyday. Enjoy the day, The opportunities are unlimited they are infinite just like we are! My way is not your way. It is your way that is your way. There are so many different ways life can be, just let the one your living be the one you will live by. Why? Because that makes you, you. No need to compete, we all have feet, some don't but the we all still live. Life, Love, Gratitude. Let the light be your indicator, for there is no darkness. How is there light if it is dark? The reality is the Sun allows us to be energized and the Moon allows us to recover. The Universe operates at the same magnitude as a human being. There is always progress within both periods of times it's what you choose to see.
