Healing is a necessary part of growth, however it’s possible to be doing too much healing work. When you become hyper-focused on working through traumas, you will burn yourself out. Rest is equally as important as the work you do for healing. Take a pit stop on the journey. You are allowed to do that. Remember this is a journey, not a destination.
