The title of today's episode may surprise you, I am usually a huge advocate of "Self Help" and finding strategies to improve ourselves but not at the expense of our self worth. Today I aim to convince you that you are not broken, you are not a problem to be "fixed" or cured.


Self help, manifestation and ADHD support strategies are there to ENHANCE our lives, not give us more rules, restrictions and guilt. Listen to the end for help using self improvement for your advantage.
