Women were created with this innate ability to juggle many things at once. We have a gift of multi-tasking however this is turn can be taxing on our well-being and mental health. Sometimes we do too much because of an expectation set by ourselves or by someone else. Who created that expectation and why? We can over do because we feel obligated to. A recent article I read relayed that due to the pandemic, many women shouldered the burden of caring for the family. While that maybe true, women have been carrying heavy loads since the beginning of time. A particular survey found that out of 66,000 women, 43% of respondents said they experienced worry in 2021, 41% reported feeling stress, 32% reported feeling sadness, and 26% reported feeling anger. Whether you are a mother, work full-time, student, wife, entrepreneur, some or all of the above, you must learn the gift of boundaries and placing limits on what you have the capacity to do so that you can sustain your mental, physical, and over all health for you and your family. I pray that after listening you will have the knowledge to understand balance and tools to support you create and set boundaries in your life.
