What does it mean to feel enough? It means you’re just trying to be yourself. You are enough means that you don’t have to strive to become more worthy, more valid, more acceptable, or more loved. You already are all those things. These are things you might want to be more of. It means showing up for yourself even when you don’t want to. It means trying new things and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It means trusting the process and having faith in yourself and your abilities. So, in todays episode we are discussing how you are just enough the way you are and never have to change anything about yourself for other people. Being you in just enough.
