We often take our thoughts and emotions so seriously. We believe they define us. We get pulled into anxiety, anger, fear, and mental stories, and before we know it, we feel overwhelmed by them.


In this episode of Unconditional Joy, I reflect on one of the most important lessons from my spiritual journey: learning to create a little bit of space between myself and my inner experiences.


Instead of identifying with every thought or emotion, I explore the idea of becoming the witness, the awareness that observes what is happening within.


This simple shift has helped me suffer less, respond with more clarity, and move closer to a deeper sense of peace.
