Many people think that enlightenment is just available for very less humans.
Others think that you can just reach it in monasteries, through a minimalistic life style or need other requirements. To clarify all misunderstandings I'd like to share a few points of my experience in this podcast.

High sensitivity, energy disbalance, meditation blocks or, even melancholy are side-effects during spiritual awakening, on the way to the Higher Self.
