1. List out your support system for post baby/ maternity leave
2. List out all your concerns, fears, worries about childbirth through the 4th trimester
3. Brainstorm solutions/resources for each of those concerns

1. Prioritize your health as early as possible before getting pregnant and/or having children
2. Document alongside your partner, the shared responsibility expectations
3. Create a daily routine for maternity leave/post baby (free resource for this on my website!)
