This EP was supposed to be fire!!! It was our largest collaboration yet! But because our host mind, body, and soul wasn't aligned and in Harmony with himself on this particular day he wasn't able to complete the interview with Mr. Broussard and it had to be rescheduled listen to the podcast to find out more!! 

One has to always make sure that the main relationship they need to have is the one with themselves! And it needs to be a HEALTHY ONE!!

How you gone win if you aint right within, in order to build and grow with others one has to be right within themselves! Ones company they keep is a reflection of them. Your network is your net worth!

Part 2 of the conversation we had involving sound physical health! The last conversation was so nice we had to run it back twice!!!

Your body and the way you show yourself is a representation of your mind! What are you putting into your temple? What seeds are in your garden? 

Fitness is the light! One thing for sure two things for certain we only get one body, one temple to take care of! Going through a grueling workout on daily basics and being disciplined enough to eat right is a though task to take on! And to do so one has to have a consciousness of fitness and discipline! We tapped in with someone whom has been on his fitness journey since the age of 9! Once your find something you love to do, do it for the rest of your life and see how GREAT you get at it! What else to be great in then ones self! MASTERY OF THE WORLD WITHIN YOU ULTIMATELY BRINGS MASTERY OF THE WORLD AROUND YOU!

This is the right mental attitude in all circumstances. Keep your mind on what you want and off the things you don't want.
