Navigating self forgiveness can be challenging at the best of times. Here are a couple tips for those who are reconciling the past mistakes of their shadow selves. Learning to forgive our shadow selves can open greater compassion and understanding for those who still operate from that tender and fear based aspect of our human nature.The shadow self was coined by Carl Jung. There is a world of resources that can help you navigate this part of yourself, but remember to always be gentle and kind :)
