How are you spending your time? I over indulge in media by way of netflix, news, youtube, you name it. Similarly to what you eat and how it translates to your physical health, the information you consume will have an impact on your mental health. During this time when often we are left to our minds, we can spiral into negative thinking which can lead to negative behaviours. It's important to track where you are spending your time to get a better understanding of which areas in your life you can decrease attention or increase attention. Hope you're all staying safe out there and taking care of one another.
