Understanding these identity shifts is crucial for authentic growth and manifesting our desires.Most of us carry identity programming installed before age seven—beliefs about money, success, and possibility passed down from parents and grandparents that may be completely outdated for today's world. These subconscious patterns silently direct our lives until we become aware of them. Meanwhile, society bombards us with expectations, creating the second layer of identity. Through social media, we compare ourselves to others, sometimes developing inauthentic personas that disconnect us from our true selves. As adults, we shift identities constantly—being one person at work and another at home—often without conscious awareness.
