How can someone be changed, from sinner into saint? Do we simply receive the blessings of forgiveness, righteousness, etc.? We don't just need the gifts of salvation, we need Jesus himself, because all the gifts become ours when we receive him. This is what Jesus means when he said that we need to be baptised into the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. You can change-have you received Jesus Christ yet? You can do so by simply trusting in him, by faith, knowing that salvation is in him alone.
