I came back to do more podcast I am talking long so sorry. I appreciate you guys so much this one is about anger and my purpose of the podcast.

I talk about depression and anxiety and it's effect on me. I explain some of the emotional things the two make me feel.

I tell you about finally achieving my goal. Also try to inspire you to do the same

I come back to tell why I make my pod cast and give examples of sacrifice.

I explain how it is ok to feel your emotions.

I give you an example of what I call the tough decisions.

Complacency can be the easiest way to live. I feel safe. That is too risky. I tell you the way to take little steps forward.

The two episodes are my personal experience. I struggle daily with mental disabilities. I wear a smile so I don't give in these are some of the things I try.
