Where do you experience fear in your life?

Do you have a fear of...

Being judged by other people?

Not being able to handle your triggers and losing control?

Messing up your children's lives and never being able to repair them?

Fear is the most pervasive emotion we feel as human beings.

And yet, most of the fears we face are not real life and death situations.

Rather, they are fears we create in our own minds.

But, if we can learn how to manage our fears, we would be able to live our lives with more of a sense of inner peace and even confidence to know that we can, indeed, handle difficult emotions.

I faced fear in an extreme way a few days ago while I was on a weekend getaway with some friends.

I went on a walk by myself, not realizing what was waiting for me.
