I really enjoyed this book and learn many important things about habits like Reminder, routine and reward are the complete loop, and that's very important for habits, how to create habits etc. This book also contains some proven steps. I really liked the book. Now let me explain why. This book reveals the secrets and habits of successful people. I got a lot of knowledge about this topic. The author did an excellent job of writing. Worth to read!
Well written and simple guide
I find this book very helpful as there's not just a general information about good/bad habits but also a step-by-step guide to switching to good habits and make them work forever (even if you failed first time). I'm not an early bird and want to change this habit and I'm working on it now using advice from this book. Seems like everything is going smooth.
