According to a recent study, Play can be a powerful tool in the workplace. Researchers found that employees who were allowed to take short breaks for playful activities became more energetic, creative, and productive. Fun doesn't have to mean frivolous – there are plenty of ways to incorporate play into your day-to-day without sacrificing productivity.
