Everyone is looking for a quick fix, a shortcut, a cheat to get the same results with less work. We’re here to tell you that you cannot in fact cheat physiology. Adaptation, recovery, and healing all have aspects of physical health surrounding them. You cannot modify or change those processes to fit your convenience. There are ways to supplement them or optimize them, but we simply cannot make things better right now. Long story short, we must accept the processing time for our body’s physiology and do our best to optimize the process. Also as Austin says he’s not a magician. (He doesn’t even believe in Harry Potter.) Work the process, and live it. Don’t expend more effort trying to cheat the process, use that effort to be better.
