There was a version of me I kept punishing for years. She didn’t know how to ask for what she needed. She stayed small. She people-pleased. She over-explained. But she was also doing her best to survive.

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really looks like to forgive the version of yourself that didn’t know better, and how that forgiveness opens the door to presence, peace & true self-worth.

We’ll explore:

• Why self-worth isn’t something you earn, it’s something you remember

• How presence isn’t just a spiritual concept, it’s a daily return to now

• And why you don’t have to keep proving anything to anyone (including yourself)
