“You do not find the happy life. You make it.” — Camilla Kimball
In this episode, we explore the shift from waiting for happiness to intentionally creating it.
For so long, many of us live as if happiness is a guest — something that arrives when the circumstances are right, when the pressure lifts, when the work slows down, when we finally “arrive.”
But happiness isn’t the guest.
It’s the meal.
And it doesn’t cook itself.
If life is a kitchen, we don’t get to sit at the table staring at raw ingredients and wonder why we’re still hungry. We are the ones standing at the stove.
In this episode, I share the metaphor that has deeply impacted me:
Happiness isn’t something we discover hidden in the back of the pantry.
It’s something we cultivate with intention.
We talk about:
I also share my personal practice of “praying without words” — a prayer of the heart — and how this quiet, embodied communion has helped me cultivate joy from the inside out.
This episode is an invitation to:
Stop waiting.
Start stirring.
Use what’s already in your life.
Because a happy life isn’t found.
It’s made — slowly, intentionally, and in partnership with God.
